Momentum Reset Newsletter: 5th Edition

 

Good Morning Bestie

 

Hey bestie, 

Happy New Year bestie. We made it to 2026 and I couldn't be more excited for this new year. As your positive DELULU AF bestie, this is going to be an edition where I want to give you the biggest cyber hug. There is no doubt that what you want, is on its way to you. It may be challenging to see but every decision you make is a vote towards the person you will become. This is going to be the year you are going to design an environment that will set you up for success. 

You can do anything you want to but you can't do it all at once. Bestie, you do not need to pack in the year and try to do so many things all at once. We are going to avoid burnout. What will hep you move the needle closer is to pick one thing at a time and GO ALL IN. I am talking hyper focus. Eat, sleep, breath. At least for the next 90 days. To become a master of something you need to dedicate a minimum of 10K hours. How insane is that statistic? When you are spreading yourself thin, you are going to delay your progress and it is more likely you will fall off and give up all together. 

I truly think people have the concept of consistency all wrong. Some think they need to do the exact same thing for a long periods of time. Take going to the gym for example. Some think that they need to workout 5 days out of the week for the whole year. Where consistency can look like one week going five times, the next three, the following two, and then back to five days. Consistency is showing up even when you feel behind. Even if you fall off, you get right back to work. Give yourself permission to fail bestie. It is feedback on what can improve. 

Remember: Failure is feedback, feedback is knowledge, knowledge is POWER. Period.

  1. What is the most important priority for the next 100 days? 
  2. What do I want to continue in 2026?
  3. What are the decisions I can make make that will grow, ground, or guide me closer to my goals?
