Momentum Reset Newsletter: 3rd Edition
Good Morning Bestie

Hey bestie,
Your girl was fighting for her LIFE last week. I was hit with one of the worst colds and I am finally feeling like a normal human being. Needless to say, I did not get ANYTHING done but the bare minimum. My best friend had to give me some tough love and reminded me that rest is productive. How many times have you given yourself a hard time because you felt that you were not doing enough? Even when you could not get out of bed. It is times like this when I am so grateful for the friends that I have in my corner. Sometimes you don't realize how important it is to have people in your corner that want the best for you, understands that you have big goals, but can tell you when it is time to pump the breaks.
It is no secret that I am a bestie that loves staying productive, one time there was a point all I wanted was to be busy in order to feel productive. My calendar was completely full but nothing was getting done. It was a vicious cycle and such a big challenge to try and slow down. Especially when I have constantly associated success with work.
When I was brain dumping about this newsletter, the topic of friendship came to my mind and looking back, I have had my fair share of great and not so great friends. Which I personally think is normal. It is okay for friendship dynamic to change over time. You do realize that the person you were 3 years ago is not going to be the same person you are now. The goal is to always be evolving and if you are going to change, your circle is going to change. Period. Especially if you are someone that has big DELULU AF goals. When it comes to my friendships, I want to be around besties that have such big goals it scares them, and they have their own version of what success looks like. This is not going to be copy and paste. A friend that challenges you to think bigger and celebrates when you are winning, even if their time has not come yet. To me friendship is not a competition of who is doing what, who has more money, or if there are places they get to go.
I love to see my friends successes as confirmation. If they hit a big financial milestone, proof that it can happen for me. Your enviornment is one of the top indicators of the path you are going. You get to choose who you want to surround yourself with. I say it is time to get around people that speak about possibilities, who want to see you win not only based on their gain, and friends that want to support you when things are not looking so bright.
You will go through a handful of relationship that may have not been the best fit, but that will help you see what you actually look for in a friendship. You will have friends for different seasons. What is it that you are needing right now in this season?
Aligned AF
It is the holiday week and for this week I challenge you to take a moment to decide what is it that you are looking for in friendships? The question I want you to ask yourself is are YOU being that to yourself. Like attracts life and your world is you pushed out. Can you say that you are being the friend you want to be? What is something you can start implementing now?
Momentum Spotlight: AISHA MESIDOR
Beauty Pro, Coach, Founder
Giving flowers to the besties who’s embodying the work — whether they’re building new routines, launching a passion project, or just showing up for themselves in a real way. This is where we celebrate progress and realignment.
My name is Aisha Mesidor. I’m a beauty pro, content creator, coach, and the founder of Haus Collective, Aisha Beauty and Paid Beyond the Chair.
At my core, I help people feel confident. Whether that’s through their hair, their beauty, their business, or the way they see themselves.
I run multiple arms of my brand:
Aisha Beauty, where I offer hair, brows, and glam services
Paid Beyond the Chair, where I coach creatives and entrepreneurs on building confidence, clarity, and sustainable businesses
Haus Collective, a creative home in Orlando where women come to create, connect, and elevate
Everything I do revolves around helping people become the most aligned, self-trusting version of themselves — behind and beyond the chair.
Realistically? My routine is a blend of structure and grace.
I work three days behind the chair, one day coaching, one admin/personal day, and I protect two true days off every week.
My mornings start slow — skincare, hydration, grounding. Some days it’s journaling, some days it’s silence, some days it’s me staring at a wall trying to regulate my nervous system before the day begins (we love honesty).
My workdays are intentionally shorter now because I no longer believe in burning myself out to prove anything. The rest of my time is split between:
running Haus Collective
creating content
supporting my coaching students
and doing my own healing work
My routine isn’t perfect, but it’s sustainable, and that’s a win I don’t take lightly.
If something costs my peace, clarity, or self-worth, it’s a no.
I spent years abandoning myself to keep the wrong people comfortable. That version of me is gone. I grow the most when I honor my boundaries without apologizing.
I’ve learned to ask,
“What is this moment trying to teach me?”
Owning a business, healing trauma, stepping into leadership — it all requires being willing to look at yourself honestly and grow from it.
Softness is a strength I had to learn.
I don’t hustle from chaos anymore.
What’s one micro habit that’s changed the way you show up for yourself? Why is it important?
Pausing before responding.
I used to react from emotion, especially as someone who grew up around a lot of chaos.
Now, I give myself time to breathe, regulate, and choose the version of me I want leading the moment — not the version of me that’s still healing.
It’s important because slowing down helped me protect my peace, my relationships, and my energy.
It made me a better business owner, coach, and human.
I am unlearning the belief that I have to earn love, support, or belonging.
This year has been the year of choosing myself, even when it meant walking away from people I thought I’d never live without. I’m unlearning the survival patterns I picked up as a child: people-pleasing, shrinking myself, performing for acceptance, staying loyal to chaos because it felt familiar.
I’m unlearning the idea that growth requires suffering.
I’m unlearning that my worth is tied to how much I can carry.
I’m unlearning the fear that choosing myself makes me “selfish.”
Right now, I’m relearning peace.
Relearning stillness.
Relearning what love feels like when it’s healthy.
Relearning what it means to belong to myself.
And honestly?
I’m proud of this version of me. The one who finally stopped abandoning herself.

This is the time when besties start reflecting about their goals and what is next for them. Most importantly where do they even start.
If you have been feeling:
Stuck and uninspired at the start of a new season (especially Q1 or after a “life reset”)
Overwhelmed with ideas but unclear on direction
Constantly “planning to plan” but never taking aligned action
Tired of starting over with zero structure or follow-through
Frustrated that they’re not being consistent with what they say they want.
Be sure to signup for the ALIGNED AF MASTERCLASS Waitlist to get the upcoming deets
I will leave you with this….
I am wishing you the BEST holiday besties. Proud of the Momentum that you are making in your life and I can't wait to see what 2026 has in store for you. You have the support, you just need to decide and everything else will fall into place.
